Rewriting the rules of auction property.

Auctions shouldn't feel risky, murky, or reserved for the brave.
At Vetted, we believe transparency beats tradition.

We bring hard data, sharp analysis, and clear context to every lot—so buyers don’t need luck, just the facts.

Because property decisions should be informed, not instinctive.

Vetted auction gavel slamming
Founder getting cosy with lions

'I’ve been on the other side of the gavel'.

I founded Vetted because, frankly, I was tired of the auction world working like a closed shop.

Like many buyers, I’ve been bitten in the lion's den — misleading legal packs, rushed completions, surprise risks no one flagged. But unlike most, I’m also a conveyancer. I’ve also seen client after client walk into auction purchases blind, frustrated by hidden issues and costly lessons.

The problem isn’t just the process. It’s the perception. Auctions are too often seen as shady, risky, or reserved for insiders. That needs to change.

Vetted’s mission is simple: to de-risk auction buying and level the playing field — no surprises, no gatekeeping, just smart decisions.

Due Diligence. Done differently

Not with jargon or vague advice, but with cold, hard data—served with sharp insight and no-nonsense reporting. We exist to empower buyers with information, not fear.

We’re not here to maintain the status quo.
We’re here to rebuild trust in auctions—one lot, one buyer, one transparent deal at a time.
